Annelise is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor under the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). Annelise holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She is currently practicing in private practice, specialising in the treatment of Eating Disorders. She is trained to provide Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) by the University of Oxford. CBT-E is an evidence-based treatment for Eating Disorders endorsed by NICE (2004, 2017).

Annelise also works extensively with individuals with other conditions, such as Mood and Anxiety Disorders, OCD, perfectionism, childhood trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns and etc. She is skilled at the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychiatric disorders in both English and Mandarin.

Experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Annelise adopts an eclectic approach and incorporates several treatment modalities (i.e. Schema Therapy, Attachment-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic) to provide a personalized treatment for different needs. Annelise works primarily with older adolescents and adults.
